1. Age Restriction (18+ Only)

TruMate is strictly for users 18 years and older.

• We do not knowingly allow minors to create or use accounts.

• Any account suspected of being under 18 will be immediately restricted and investigated.

• Verified underage accounts are permanently removed.

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation

TruMate has a zero-tolerance policy toward:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

• Sexual content involving minors

• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors

• Any attempt to contact or lure minors on or off the platform

Such content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement action.

3. In-App Reporting of Child Safety Concerns

Users can report child safety concerns directly within the app at any time.

Reports may include:

• Suspected underage users

• Inappropriate messages or profiles involving minors

• Grooming behaviour or exploitation attempts

• Any content suggesting harm to a child

Reports are treated as high priority and reviewed urgently.

4. Action Taken by TruMate

When a child safety report is received, TruMate may:

• Immediately suspend or restrict the reported account

• Conduct internal investigations

• Preserve relevant data where legally required

• Permanently ban offending users

• Report confirmed violations to relevant law enforcement or child protection authorities, in line with applicable laws

User safety always comes first.

5. Confidentiality & Protection of Reporters

• Reports can be made confidentially

• The identity of reporters is protected

• Retaliation, harassment, or intimidation of reporters is strictly prohibited

6. Cooperation With Authorities

TruMate cooperates fully with:

• Law enforcement agencies

• Child protection organisations

• Regulatory authorities

This includes compliance with all applicable child protection and online safety laws.

7. User Responsibility

All users are expected to:

• Respect age restrictions

• Report suspicious or harmful behaviour immediately

• Avoid engaging with content or users that raise child safety concerns

Failure to do so may result in account action.

8. Policy Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Content removal

• Temporary suspension

• Permanent account termination

• Legal reporting where required

No exceptions.
